Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday–Friday using An Post Express, DHL Express, or DPD (UK & NI only). All providers offer a secure door-to-door tracked service, and all shipments are insured.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Rates
- Ireland: €5 (An Post)
- UK & Northern Ireland: €10 (An Post or DPD)
- USA: €20 (An Post) / €50 (DHL Express)
Customs & Import Duties
We are not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import charges that may apply when your order arrives in your country.
We know these extra costs are frustrating and we are truly disappointed by the new rules, but unfortunately they are outside of our control and must be paid by the customer in order to release the parcel.
For UK & NI Customers
Due to Brexit, additional import duties, VAT, and handling fees may be applied by UK customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If items are returned from the UK, we cannot refund any duties, taxes, or fees already paid.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We handle each query on an individual basis and always aim to resolve issues fairly.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, provided it is in resalable condition with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a reputable, insured, and trackable courier service, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.
- The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Please retain proof of postage.
- Exchanges are shipped once the returned goods are received and inspected.
- If an error is made on our behalf, we will cover the cost of the return.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item is not returned in a saleable condition.
Returns from Outside the EU
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, less any taxes, import duties, or shipping charges incurred.
Exchanges will be shipped once the return and any additional payment (if required) are received.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for another product of equal or greater value (any cost difference, shipping, or duties must be paid by the customer). The gift receipt should be included, and items must be in resalable condition with all tags attached.
Colour Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, monitor settings may cause slight variations, and we cannot guarantee exact matches.
